The SSWFAG
is a non-political group, which has come into existence very
quickly to address some very far-reaching and critical
objectives:
1. To gather the
opinions of the residents of Swinford and neighbouring
communities, regarding the impact of Nuon's (and indeed, any
other) proposed wind farm on their quality of life.
2. To represent the
interests of those residents throughout consideration of the
proposal by the District Council.
3. To safeguard those
interests and protect the community from the consequences of
this proposed development.
Once these
have been achieved the group will disband and return to the
quiet enjoyment of their rural environment.
